Refund Policy

At AllHandsPrinting, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:

  1. Proof Approval: Once you approve the proof approval form, the order enters production and refunds are no longer available. It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review all details in the proof approval form before giving approval.

  2. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

    • Not as Advertised: If the product received is significantly different from what was advertised on the final proof.

    • Disclaimer: Due to the nature of screen printing, reorders may have slight color variations compared to previous prints. This applies especially to CMYK process prints and puff ink prints, where final results can be affected by variables such as ink batches, mesh count, print pressure, curing temperature, and garment dye lots.

      While we make every effort to match the original print as closely as possible, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed on reorders. Minor differences in color, texture, puff height, or finish are considered normal within industry standards.

  3. Process for Refunds:

    • Customers must contact our customer service team at info@allhandsprinting.com to initiate a refund request.

    • Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment.

    • In cases of damage, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the damage and product availability.

  4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for refunds, such as customized or personalized items where the customization process has begun after proof approval.

  5. Cancellation Policy: Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled for a refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

By making a purchase with AllHandsPrinting, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our refund policy.

Once a package has been shipped from our facilities, it is considered to be in transit and is no longer under our direct control or responsibility. Any issues or concerns that arise during shipping or delivery are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, damage, loss, or theft of the package.

We strive to ensure all packages are securely packed and labeled correctly to minimize the risk of any such occurrences. However, we cannot guarantee the handling of packages once they leave our premises.

Customers are encouraged to select appropriate shipping options and carriers that offer insurance and tracking services for added protection. In the event of any issues with shipping or delivery, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the matter.

This policy is effective immediately upon shipment of any package from our facilities.
